Appointments

There are two simple ways to make an appointment at our office. You may call 423-476-6258 and speak with our appointment coordinator directly. Alternatively, you may request an appointment via the website under "Appointment Request." Our appointment coordinator will then call you during normal business hours to confirm your appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

For dental emergencies after hours please call 423-476-6258 and leave a message. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Our office financial coordinator will go over any financial arrangements with you prior to treatment to ensure that there are no surprises.  While we are in network with Delta Dental, we file any and all benefits from any insurance plan you may have to help you maximize any benefits you have.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator and the information below for details.
